Credit v. Curated?
The question of “Credit vs. Curated?” is one that developers of retail-commercial properties must increasingly tackle head-on at the earliest stage of their projects, with the ripple effects impacting their marketability to investors, lenders and local consumers.
Join us for lunch on Aug. 15 and hear some of Greater Orlando’s leaders in retail development and investment debate which of these paths they are drawn to for building tenant lineups, what demand drivers are changing in one of the nation’s fastest growing metropolitan areas, and the inherent challenges they face in procuring new retailers from out of market.
