Chapter Committees

This committee is responsible for reviewing and updating the Annual Chapter Sponsorship package. The committee works with the Chair to secure sponsors for the upcoming year and ensure the sponsors receive the recognition and return on their annual investment. This committee meets in person on the third Thursday of the month at 12:00 pm.

This group monitors local and state governmental laws and/or regulatory initiatives that affect the real estate industry and regularly updates the Board and our membership. The Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Greenberg Traurig's office.

This committee is in charge of organizing, planning, and implementing all aspects of the Developing Leaders group. This committee meets the first Tuesday of every month at 8:15am at the Robinson.

This committee is responsible for leading and planning the 2024 UCF Real Estate Case Competition.

This committee helps plan and solicit sponsorships for the Developers Showcase.   The Developers Showcase provides a trade show like platform for Central Florida developers to share new, planned, and existing projects with NAIOP's network of brokers, developers, owners, investors, and associated professionals.  This Committee will resume meetings in May of 2024.
